I’ve been going to this salon for almost a year now, and I can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed! I regularly get my hair cut and colored, and every experience has been amazing. Before coming here, another stylist had made my hair way too dark, and within just one session she was able to get it back to exactly where I wanted it.
What I appreciate most is how thorough and attentive she is throughout the entire process. There is such an extreme attention to detail, especially when it comes to making sure my hair is properly lifted evenly and safely. She always keeps me informed about what she’s doing, explains what’s realistic for my hair, and makes sure she fully understands the look I’m going for before starting.
As someone with thin hair, I’m always nervous about losing volume, but she somehow manages to make my hair look fuller, healthier, and still completely in line with the inspiration pictures I show her. Not only does the color always come out beautiful, but my hair feels healthier every single time I leave.
I always walk out feeling confident and loving my hair. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stylist who truly listens, cares about her clients, and takes pride in every detail of her work!

I had my hair done on Saturday. It was so last minute since I came from Toronto for a wedding in Rochester. First, she got back to me shortly after my call. Second, she opened her shop earlier just for me since she was booked for the day. Third, she did an awesome job with my hair! The curls & wave lasted not only all day & evening, I still have a beautiful styled hair until now(Sunday afternoon). No frizz at all. Her price was affordable, she was super nice, friendly & her name was Michelle.
Highly recommend this place if you want to look stunning 🙂
