As a reminder, please be courteous. We respectfully ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice before canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will apply a fee of 30% of your scheduled service due before booking any new appointments.
No-call, no-shows will require 50% payment of the missed service before booking any new appointment. Two no-call, no-shows will prohibit you from booking appointments with Michele & One L Salon.
We understand accidents happen. For emergencies or illness-related cancellations, the fee will be waived. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we look forward to providing you the best service possible!
